Fifty Minute Focus Sessions
Quick concentrated sessions to help you move powerfully toward a desired outcome. We work intensely to gain clarity and overcome blocks to success. These sessions are particularly helpful for:
- goal setting and planning
- defining your niche
- discovering the next step
- staying motivated to take the next step
- overcoming limiting beliefs and self defeating habits
Some issues may require only one session. Others are more involved and will take a longer time. I typically work in 4 week increments with each session building on the previous one.
